.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Gale force
winds will return to the waters this morning, and seas will
become very steep while a heavy heavy west swell builds into the
waters. Winds and seas diminish Thursday night into Friday, with a
brief period of improved conditions. Winds become northerly
Friday before a thermal trough builds in the waters this weekend.
Conditions will likely become hazardous to smaller crafts this
weekend.
