.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Light winds and
seas continue through tonight. A weak front will result in
increasing south winds early this morning, then winds will shift
to west late in the day. High pressure offshore and a thermal
trough near shore will result in gusty northerly winds Sunday into
Monday with gales and small craft and the strongest winds and
steepest seas south of Cape Blanco.
