A shift to cool and wet conditions continues into Friday with
wetting rain and high elevation snow for most of the region.
Another weaker system arrives late Saturday into Saturday night.
Breezy west winds will persist into the weekend. There is a low
chance of rain west of the Cascades in Oregon around Monday.
Conditions trend slightly drier around Tuesday before another low
hits the region on Wednesday with wetting rain and snow at higher
elevations.
