.DISCUSSION...The inversion is expected to break within the first
three hours of initiation time. Temperatures will be in the 40s near
initiation time and will warm to the low 60s in the afternoon. A west
to northwest wind will be present through Tuesday, and will strengthen
in the afternoon to a light breeze to the burn location. Sunny skies
will be present until Tuesday morning when a trough moves southward
into Oregon and brings cloud cover. A low chance of rain returns to
the site Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday.
