* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 6 to 8 ft at 9 seconds expected.

* WHERE...All areas, except beyond 3 nm from shore between Port
  Orford and Pistol River and beyond 20 nm from shore west of Pt.
  St. George.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
