.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures have risen to the highs for the day, with
southeasterly winds continuing across the region through this
evening. RH values remain in the mid 20s in the west, with lake
breeze lowering temperatures and raising RH values across
southeastern Wisconsin.

Winds will increase late tonight into early Friday morning as low
pressure approaches. Expect gusty conditions to develop quickly
Friday morning, with gusts up to 25 mph common. Rain will then
slowly spread from southwest to northeast Friday morning into
Friday afternoon, with a few thunderstorms developing in
southwestern Wisconsin Friday afternoon and evening. RH values are
expected to remain above 40 percent across all of southern
Wisconsin.

Precipitation chances continue into Saturday, with thunderstorms
becoming more likely as a frontal feature remains draped across
central Wisconsin. Best chances for precipitation (60 to 70
percent) are expected in southwestern Wisconsin.
