.DISCUSSION...

Deep mixing heights are expected to reach close to 6000 ft AGL
today. However, clouds developing across the area around 1000 CDT
may keep temperatures lower and therefore mixing heights lower as
well. An isolated shower or two is possible this afternoon.

Northwesterly winds around 15 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph will
pick up around ignition, and will continue into early this
afternoon before slowly diminishing to 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph
after 1500 CDT. RH values will fall to 42 percent this afternoon.
