around 35 to 40 percent at the burn site this afternoon. Transport
winds remain out of the south around 10mph this afternoon. Winds
turn more westerly Wednesday morning and southwesterly by the
afternoon. A few gusts up to around 15 mph will be possible this
afternoon.
