* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25
  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft occurring. For
  the Gale Warning, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to
  45 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Saxon Harbor WI to Black River MI and Black River to
  Ontonagon MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM EDT /6 AM CDT/
  Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM EDT /6 AM CDT/ to 8
  PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
