New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move E and
NE over the area early today while first lifting a warm front N
into the waters, and then pulling a trailing cold front over the
area. The cold front will pass just E and S of the region later
today. A series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts
will move across the area tonight into Tue night. A high pressure
ridge will build E over the waters Tue into Wed, then slowly
shift E of the region Wed night into Thu. Low pressure will
develop off the Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then drift E Thu night
and Fri while passing S of the waters as another high builds S
over the region. The high will shift E of the waters Fri night
allowing the low to move N and NE into the area as a cold front
approaches from the W.
