.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Developing low pressure across
the southern waters will pull an associated cold front E early
today as another front approaches the N waters and weakens. The
low will intensify over the outer portion of the southern and
central waters later today into tonight, with the strong low
passing E of the central and northern waters Tue into Tue night.
All mariners should monitor the latest forecast and progress of
this strengthening low, and execute avoidance plans as necessary.
Thunderstorms are likely near the front and low mainly over the
SE portion today. Gusty winds and rough seas are possible in
these thunderstorms and mariners should use caution. The intense
low will move NE away from the region Wed as the next cold front
begins to move off the New Jersey and Delmarva coasts. The front
will move SE over the northern and central waters Wed night into
Thu, and will stall across the S waters Thu night into Fri. High
pressure will build SE into the region Fri and Fri night.
