.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An cold front will
continue to move E across the region today. A ridge will build E
over the waters tonight, then shift inland Tue. A warm front will
approach the area Tue, then lift NE over the waters Tue night,
followed by another cold front Tue night into Wed. The associated
low center will slowly approach the Washington waters Wed night
into Thu. The low will weaken and turn S near the far W portion
Thu night into Fri. A trough will expand N along the Washington
and Oregon coasts Fri night.
