...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...
SOUTHEASTERN ATHENS...WEST CENTRAL WIRT AND SOUTHWESTERN WOOD
COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM EDT...

At 229 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Coolville, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Belpre, Coolville, Lubeck, Washington, Mineralwells,
Blennerhassett, Davisville, Rockport, Little Hocking, and Belleville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 159 and 177.
 Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 16.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
