The front will likely weaken before reaching the burn site this evening. Warm and dry conditions will persist through late afternoon today, with excellent mixing. As the front nears during the late afternoon and evening hours, there is a small potential for weak, high-based showers which could produce brief gusty and erratic microburst winds but no measurable precipitation. The front will lift back northward tomorrow as the flow turns more southwesterly at the burn site. Winds will still be enhanced, but should be slightly weaker compared to today. The winds are expected to increase a bit more on Sunday as the next cold front moves into Utah. This front will bring a threat of precipitation Monday through Tuesday. At this time, chance of wetting rain appears small (10% chance or less). This unsettled weather pattern is expected to continue to result in excellent mixing conditions at the burn site through the early part of next week. .TODAY...
