.DISCUSSION...
20 foot winds will begin the morning light and variable and will
establish from the south by mid morning as dispersions become more
favorable. Southerly transport winds will push smoke northward
towards I10 with mixing heights around 2000 feet this morning
increasing to around 4200 feet this afternoon. Mid and high level
clouds will persist, highs will reach the mid 80s this afternoon,
and minimum RH values will fall to around 50 percent.
