Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Wagoner, Muskogee and Rogers counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
