* WAVES AND SURF...WAVES IN THE SURF OF 3 TO 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED.
  SHORE BREAK OF 4 FEET CAN CAUSE NECK AND SPINAL INJURIES...AFFECTING
  EVEN THE MOST ABLE SWIMMERS.
