Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the eastern U.S. will maintain
southerly flow through Tuesday evening. A cold front will move
through the coastal waters early Wednesday morning and bring
strong northerly winds and building seas. Small Craft Advisories
will likely be needed. Southeast winds will return by the end of
the week as strong high pressure moves into the Southeast U.S..
