DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THIS MORNING SOUTH OF A NEAR COASTAL
TROUGH AND VICINITY WARM FRONT. DRY AIR WITHIN NORTH FLOW AROUND
THE BACKSIDE OF THIS TROUGH WILL AID IN SCOURING OUT ANY LINGERING
LATE MORNING FOG. TROUGH WILL WASH OUT TONIGHT AND ONSHORE FLOW WILL
RESUME TUESDAY. A STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE LATE WEDNESDAY INTO
EARLY THURSDAY WILL DRIVE WINDS AND SEAS UP TO ADVISORY LEVELS.
