highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Elevated seas across the coastal waters in the wake of the storm
system last night will be subsiding later this morning. Winds will
be veering to the east and southeast today as the system moves
further away. Conditions will become favorable for the  development
of sea fog tonight or tomorrow over the bays and nearshore waters.
The next cold front is forecast to push off the coast Tuesday night.
