.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
EAST TO EAST-SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL PERSIST DURING THE NEXT COUPLE
OF DAYS AS A SURFACE TROUGH SITS NORTHWEST OF THE STATE AND HIGH
PRESSURE REMAINS FAR TO THE NORTHEAST. UNSTABLE CONDITIONS WILL
PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS THIS EVENING...WITH THUNDERSTORMS
POSSIBLE OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF THE STATE. THE SURFACE TROUGH
WILL NEAR THE ISLANDS ON FRIDAY...LEADING TO VARIABLE WINDS OVER
MOST ISLANDS AND EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS OVER BIG ISLAND WATERS.

SCATTERED HEAVY SHOWERS WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS EAST
OF OAHU DURING THE EVENING.
.THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 KT. WIND WAVES 2
TO 5 FT. SOUTHWEST SWELL 2 TO 3 FT. SCATTERED SHOWERS.
.FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...WINDS VARIABLE LESS THAN 10 KT
AROUND KAUAI AND OAHU...EAST 10 TO 15 KT ELSEWHERE. WIND WAVES 3
