OTHERWISE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE AREA WILL WEAKEN TODAY. ANOTHER
HIGH WILL BUILD OVER THE MID ATLANTIC AND QUICKLY SHIFT OFFSHORE
ON TUESDAY WITH THE RIDGE AXIS SETTLING SOUTH OF THE AREA TUESDAY
NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS FROM
THE NORTHWEST LATE WEDNESDAY...AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS
DURING THE DAY THURSDAY.
