THE LATEST FORECAST FOR TROPICAL STORM GUILLERMO CONTINUES TO
KEEP THE SYSTEM TRACKING JUST TO THE NORTH OF THE ISLAND CHAIN BY
MID WEEK...MOVING STEADILY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST. A LARGE FIELD OF
ABUNDANT TROPICAL MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CYCLONE CIRCULATION
WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING ON
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
