...NEW STORMS FORECAST ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY COULD BRING
ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING THIS EVENING...

.A LINE OR COMPLEX OF STORMS IS FORECAST TO PUSH ACROSS THE HILL
COUNTRY THIS EVENING. THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN WITH
NEW RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY RANGING FROM ONE QUARTER TO
HALF INCH. HOWEVER...WITH PLENTY OF MOISTURE ACROSS THE
AREA...ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS ISOLATED
LOCATIONS. SINCE AREAS ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY AND LOCATIONS ALONG
THE I-35 CORRIDOR ARE STILL DEALING WITH FLOODING...ANY ADDITIONAL
RAIN WILL HAVE A DIRECT IMPACT OVER THOSE AREAS.

THURSDAY MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...BASTROP...BLANCO...BURNET...
  CALDWELL...GILLESPIE...HAYS...LEE...LLANO...TRAVIS AND
  WILLIAMSON.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
  RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS THE HILL
  COUNTRY AND PARTS OF INTERSTATE 35 (INCLUDING THE AUSTIN METRO
  AREA). RAINFALL TOTALS OF ONE QUARTER TO HALF INCH ARE
  EXPECTED...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* DUE TO THE VERY MOIST CONDITIONS OF THE GROUNDS AND SOILS IN THE
  AREA...RAPID FLASH FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND SOME
  ROADWAYS WILL BE POSSIBLE WHERE HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPS. MANY RIVERS
  AND STREAMS REMAIN OUT OF BANKS OR IN FLOOD. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
  WILL EXTEND THE TIME AT OR NEAR CREST LEVELS AND DELAY THE
  RECESSION.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN OR NEAR
THE WATCH AREA. IF YOU ARE IN THE WATCH AREA...PLAN NOW FOR WHAT
YOU WILL DO IF FLASH FLOODING DEVELOPS. STAY INFORMED AND BE
READY TO ACT IF YOU SEE FLOODING OR IF A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS
