* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
  KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY...MCCREARY...WAYNE AND
  WHITLEY. IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...BELL AND KNOX.

* FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT

* NUMEROUS TO WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY TO
  LOCALLY TORRENTIAL RAINS AT TIMES FROM THIS AFTERNOON INTO
  THURSDAY EVENING. LOCAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED 3 INCHES IN
  A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

* FLASH FLOODING MAY RESULT IN DANGEROUS CONDITIONS ON ROADS
  NEAR STREAMS AND CREEKS...AND IN OTHER FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
