* FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL LOUISIANA...SOUTH CENTRAL
  LOUISIANA AND SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...IN CENTRAL LOUISIANA...AVOYELLES...EVANGELINE AND ST.
  LANDRY. IN SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...IBERIA...LAFAYETTE...
  LOWER ST. MARTIN...ST. MARY AND UPPER ST. MARTIN. IN SOUTHWEST
  LOUISIANA...ACADIA...ALLEN...CALCASIEU...EAST CAMERON...
  JEFFERSON DAVIS...VERMILION AND WEST CAMERON.

* FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON

* RAIN COVERAGE WILL INCREASE INTO SATURDAY MORNING AND BECOME
  WIDESPREAD BEFORE SUNRISE. A LONG DURATION OF MODERATE TO
  SOMETIMES HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH
  CENTRAL LOUISIANA FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON. AN AREAL AVERAGE OF 1 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS
  EXPECTED IN THE WATCH AREA WITH ISOLATED TOTALS OF AROUND 6
  INCHES POSSIBLE. THE HIGHER TOTALS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS LOWER
  ACADIANA. THESE HIGH RAINFALL TOTALS WILL BE FALLING ON ALREADY
  WET GROUND INCREASING RUNOFF POTENTIAL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
