...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH UNTIL EVENING FOR SOUTHEAST
NEW MEXICO...THE GUADALUPE AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS...VAN HORN REGION...
MOST OF THE TRANS PECOS... AND THE PERMIAN BASIN...

.REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM ODILE CONTINUE TO SLOWLY DRIFT EAST OVER
THE REGION.  THESE REMNANTS... ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL MOISTURE FROM
T.S. POLO... WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP LOCALLY AVAILABLE MOISTURE WELL
ABOVE NORMAL.  HEAVY RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PARTS OF THE AREA
DURING THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAIN OVER THESE SAME AREAS TODAY.  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
IS POSSIBLE... AND WITH THE GROUND SATURATED IN MANY AREAS...
ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO AND MUCH OF WEST TEXAS TODAY.

  COUNTY...EDDY COUNTY PLAINS...GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS OF EDDY
  COUNTY...NORTHERN LEA COUNTY AND SOUTHERN LEA COUNTY. IN
  TEXAS...ANDREWS...BORDEN...CRANE...DAVIS/APACHE MOUNTAINS
  AREA...DAWSON...ECTOR...GAINES...GLASSCOCK...GUADALUPE
  MOUNTAINS...HOWARD...LOVING...MARTIN...MIDLAND...MITCHELL...
  PECOS...REAGAN...REEVES COUNTY AND UPPER TRANS PECOS...

* ABUNDANT MOISTURE FROM THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM ODILE
  WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE REGION. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...
  WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF 3 OR GREATER.

* FLOODING OF CREEKS...ARROYOS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND CITY
  STREETS WILL BE POSSIBLE.
