.A SLOW MOVING ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL PRODUCE PERIODS OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE BOOTHEEL OF MISSOURI AND NORTHWEST
TENNESSEE LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING. TWO TO FOUR INCHES
OF RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA. RAIN IS EXPECTED
TO CHANGE TO A WINTRY MIX AS COLD AIR SINKS SOUTH WEDNESDAY
