ACROSS CENTRAL FLORIDA HAVE BECOME ISOLATED OVER THE PAST FEW
HOURS AND ARE EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE COMPLETELY BY MIDNIGHT. ANY
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL BE TOO LIGHT TO GENERATE FLOODING OVERNIGHT.
