AT 532 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 3
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN AREAS WHERE 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
THIS MORNING.  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN THIS AREA.
