...THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR NEW HEBRON, SILVER
CREEK, MONTICELLO AND ALL OF NORTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CDT FOR
NORTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY...

At 150 PM CDT, emergency management reported widespread flash
flooding across northern Lawrence County. Radar indicates 6 to 11
inches of rain have fallen over the past 36 hours. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for northern Lawrence County. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Monticello, Oma, Sontag, Arm, Wanilla, New Hebron and Silver Creek.

Additional rainfall amounts of two to four inches are possible in
the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Turn around, don`t drown!
