CRAIGHEAD...SOUTHERN GREENE...POINSETT AND SOUTHEASTERN LAWRENCE
COUNTIES...

AT 1133 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN FROM
NORTH OF JONESBORO...TO NEAR TRUMANN...AND EASTWARD.

ALTHOUGH THE EARLIER HEAVY RAIN HAS DIMINISHED...THE POTENTIAL FOR
RUNOFF AND FLOODING WILL CONTINUE.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
JONESBORO...PARAGOULD...TRUMANN...HARRISBURG...BONO...LAKE CITY...
BAY...BROOKLAND...LAKE FRIERSON STATE PARK...CROWLEYS RIDGE STATE
PARK...WEINER...CASH...EGYPT...WALDENBURG...FONTAINE...GREENFIELD...
WALCOTT...FISHER...SEDGWICK AND HERMAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
