  NORTHERN MARSHALL COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS...
  NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 123 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A THUNDERSTORM
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO
  THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN FROM OKETO WESTWARD
  THROUGH HOLLENBERG. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  MARYSVILLE...HANOVER...BEATTIE...SUMMERFIELD...OKETO...
  HOLLENBERG AND BREMEN.
