  CENTRAL SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 1100 PM MDT

* AT 901 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOCORRO COUNTY. BETWEEN
  THREE QUARTERS AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE
  AREA...AND UP TO AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS LIKELY. HIGH WATER
  FLOWS ARE LIKELY IN ARROYO DE LA PARIDA AND ARROYO DE LAS CANAS.
  LOW WATER CROSSINGS MAY BE IMPASSIBLE. LOW VISIBILITIES ARE ALSO
  EXPECTED ALONG INTERSTATE 25 THROUGH SOCORRO.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  SOCORRO...ESCONDIDA...LEMITAR...CHAMIZAL...LUIS LOPEZ AND
  LABORCITA.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 25 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 137 AND 160.
