The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Rain and Snowmelt in...
  Central Wyoming County in western New York...

* Until 830 AM EDT.

* At 540 AM EDT...about an inch of rain fell in showers and
  thunderstorms last night. This combined with snow melt to cause
  rapid rises on Oatka Creek. The creek is expected to crest in
  Warsaw around 700 AM with some minor impacts expected. Flows this
  high can impact Old Buffalo Road, as well as lowlands along Oatka
  Creek near Warsaw.

* Any flooding will only last a few hours, with levels expected to
  drop off late this morning. Remember, never drive across flooded
  roadways. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded
  roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
