* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHERN MONONA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL IOWA...
  EASTERN THURSTON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 1030 AM CDT

* AT 735 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. RADAR INDICATED THAT SOME SPOTS MAY HAVE HAD AROUND 3 INCHES
  OF RAIN SINCE 5 AM THIS MORNING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WHITING...MACY...MAPLETON...RODNEY AND KENNEBEC.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
