  CENTRAL ATOKA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTH CENTRAL HUGHES COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1229 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED IN AN HOUR OR TWO
  IN THIS AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  ATOKA...COALGATE...STRINGTOWN...LEHIGH...PHILLIPS...WARDVILLE...
  DAISY AND OLNEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
