* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN KAY COUNTY IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA...
  NOBLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHEASTERN PAYNE COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 130 PM CDT

* EARLY MORNING HEAVY RAIN HAS RESULTED IN FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AND
  POORLY DRAINED AREAS OF NORTH-CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WERE COMMON JUST NORTH AND WEST OF TONKAWA...DOWN
  THROUGH MARLAND...RED ROCK...MORRISON...AND STILLWATER. MOST OF
  THE HIGH WATER PROBLEMS WILL BE OVER RURAL AREAS AND NEAR SMALL
  CREEKS AND STREAMS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  STILLWATER...CUSHING...TONKAWA...YALE...MORRISON...GLENCOE...RED
  ROCK...MARLAND...LAKE MCMURTRY...SOONER LAKE...INGALLS AND CERES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
