Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Interior Alaska
National Weather Service Fairbanks AK
313 AM AKDT Sun Apr 30 2017

.DISCUSSION...Thermal trough will remain over the
area through monday. Moderate moisture is allowing isolated showers
to form near this trough. Showers are high based so
little precipitation will hit the ground in valleys with
higher amounts in higher terrain.
South winds through Alaska Range passes will increase Sun
afternoon and persist through Mon.

Humidities will decrease on Monday as weak downslope flow
develops across the Alaska Range.
