.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO DOMINATE THE FORECAST THROUGHOUT MUCH
OF THE WEEK WITH WARMING TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS. MOSTLY
CLEAR CONDITIONS TODAY WITH A FEW CLOUDS PASSING ACROSS THE NORTH
COUNTRY FROM TIME TO TIME AS MAX TEMPERATURES REACH THE LOW TO MID
80S IN THE VALLEYS. WINDS WILL BE STRONGER THAN RECENT DAYS AT
8-15 MPH WITH GUSTS 15-25 MPH EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE
SUBSIDING IN THE EVENING. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL
GENERALLY BE IN THE 45 TO 55 PERCENT RANGE TODAY AND TUESDAY, AND
RECOVER TONIGHT AROUND 90 PERCENT AND HIGHER. FOG DEVELOPMENT IN
FAVORABLE VALLEYS IS EXPECTED AGAIN TONIGHT.

ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURE TREND WILL CONTINUE INTO AT LEAST MID
WEEK WITH SOME AREAS REACHING THE UPPER 80S TO NEAR 90. THE NEXT
CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL BE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY WITH A
SLIGHT COOL DOWN BUT CONTINUED UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES.
