TODAY THEN MOVE OFF THE COAST EARLY TONIGHT. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES
WILL RETURN TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

AREAS OF RAIN WILL CROSS THE REGION THIS MORNING. FOG ALONG WITH
LOW CLOUDS AND PATCHY DRIZZLE IS FORECAST TONIGHT AS WEDGE-LIKE
CONDITIONS DEVELOP.

TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY TODAY 8 TO 15 MPH WITH MIN
RH ABOVE 70 PERCENT. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE BELOW 2000 FEET TODAY.
