.DISCUSSION...THE FIRST PART OF THIS MEMORIAL DAY WILL START OFF
WARM AND DRY BEFORE A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE STARTS TO PULL OUT OF
THE AREA. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
ACROSS CENTRAL KENTUCKY LATER THIS MORNING...AND SHOULD MOVE INTO
OUR AREA BY AFTERNOON. TODAYS HIGHS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE LOW
TO MID 80S WHILE AN INCREASINGLY HUMID AIR MASS REMAINS IN PLACE
ACROSS THE REGION. THERE WILL BE A BETTER CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
STORMS ON TUESDAY...AS A FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE AREA. A FEW OF THE
STORMS ON TUESDAY COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE WITH DAMAGING WIND
