FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR THE FLORIDA KEYS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KEY WEST FL
638 AM EDT WED SEP 28 2016

.DISCUSSION...
THE BEST CHANCE FOR RAIN AND LIGHTNING TODAY ACROSS THE AREA WILL BE
FROM THE LOWER KEYS...EAST-NORTHEASTWARD...TO FLORIDA BAY THIS
AFTERNOON. HOWEVER...OVERALL CLOUD COVER AND SHOWER COVERAGE SHOULD
BE LESS THAN THE LAST FEW DAYS. SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL MOVE EAST-
NORTHEASTWARD BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH. SURFACE WINDS WILL REMAIN 5 MPH
OR LESS FROM THE SOUTH...EXCEPT IN AND NEAR SHOWERS AND STORMS.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL REMAIN SEASONABLY HIGH...WHILE THE
DISPERSION INDEX DROPS BELOW 10 AGAIN TONIGHT WITH LIGHT AND VARIABLE
WINDS IN ISLAND-INTERIOR LOCATIONS.
