.DISCUSSION...Developing low pressure area in the Plains States will
bring a cold front and attendant rainfall into the forecast area
Wednesday evening and overnight. Weak high pressure will build into
the area Thursday. Strong onshore flow develops Friday into Sunday ahead
of another low pressure system that will impact the area later Sunday.
