.DISCUSSION...

20` winds will relax somewhat today before another upper-level
storm system passes north of the region Sunday, resulting in another
round of critical fire weather.  Moisture return between now and then
will be lousy, and fuels remain very dry.  Otherwise, relative
humidity will bottom out this afternoon and Sunday at 5-15%.  RH
recovery overnight will be only poor to moderate.
