OF UPPER LEVEL TROUGHS MOVE ACROSS THE REGION. WITH ONGOING RAIN
CHANCES, MIN RH VALUES WILL STAY WELL BELOW CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
THRESHOLDS. WINDS WILL VARY IN SPEED AND DIRECTION DURING THE WEEK
WITH THESE QUICK MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS, BUT THE STRONGEST
WINDS WILL BE AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON OUT OF
THE SOUTH. MORE STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH WILL
RETURN LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO THE DAY TUESDAY AHEAD OF THE NEXT
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM.
