A STRONG SYSTEM WILL MOVE OUT OF TEXAS THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT,
BRINGING A SOAKING RAIN TO MID TN. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE
COMMON WITH LOCALLY GREATER AMOUNTS. FRIDAY WILL BE MAINLY DRY AND
MILD, THEN UNSETTLED CONDITIONS WILL RETURN THIS WEEKEND AS ANOTHER
STRONG SYSTEM BRINGS WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS.

THE MILD AND UNSETTLED PATTERN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY, THEN
THERE WILL BE A RETURN TO MORE TYPICAL WINTER CONDITIONS, ALTHOUGH
THAT MAY BE BRIEF.
