.DISCUSSION...
Dry southwest flow will limit thunderstorms chances to the higher
terrain areas east of Phoenix through Thursday. High temperatures
will stay slightly above normal both days and winds will be
rather light, favoring the south to southwest during the
afternoon hours. Minimum RH values will be mostly in the teens
over the deserts today and Thursday, however on Wednesday some
desert locations will climb into the low 20s.
