Thunderstorms return to the region today with a mix of wet and dry
storms. Storms will most likely start out dry and become wetter
through the evening. Very hot and dry conditions today with
lightning will lead to new lightning fires. Red Flag Warning is in
effect for today for the east side districts. More widespread
coverage of thunderstorms with wetting rains possible Monday and
Tuesday along with cooler temperatures.
