TEMPERATURES WILL WARM EACH DAY THIS WEEK REACHING NEAR-RECORD
VALUES BY THANKSGIVING. DRY CONDITIONS PERSIST THROUGH THE MIDDLE
OF THE WEEK, WITH MINIMUM HUMIDITIES IN LOWER ELEVATIONS ACROSS
THE MOJAVE DESERT RANGING BETWEEN 5-10 PERCENT. DURING THE LATTER
HALF OF THE WEEK, MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL RECOVER TO 15-20 PERCENT
IN THOSE LOWER ELEVATIONS. OUTSIDE OF BREEZY NORTH WINDS DOWN THE
COLORADO RIVER VALLEY THIS MORNING, LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED
AREAWIDE.

LEVEL FLOW WILL CONTINUE WARM DAYS THROUGH MONDAY WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE...COOL NIGHTS IN WIND
SHELTERED LOCATIONS...AND LOW INLAND HUMIDITIES WITH LOWEST  DAYTIME
HUMIDITIES OF 5 TO 10 PERCENT IN SOME VALLEY AND DESERT  AREAS. HIGH
PRESSURE ALOFT ALONG THE WEST COAST WILL STRENGTHEN  THROUGH
WEDNESDAY WITH A WARMING TREND TAKING HIGH TEMPERATURES TO 15 TO
20 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE ON WEDNESDAY. AREAS NEAR THE COAST MAY COOL
SLIGHTLY ON THANKSGIVING...WITH COOLING AND HIGHER  COASTAL
HUMIDITIES SPREADING INLAND FOR FRIDAY THROUGH NEXT  WEEKEND AS HIGH
PRESSURE ALOFT ALONG THE WEST COAST WEAKENS AND  ONSHORE LOWER LEVEL
FLOW RETURNS.

MAINLY INTO A 10-15 PERCENT RANGE BOTH THIS AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY.
