.DISCUSSION...A broad ridge of high pressure will continue to slide
east across the burn area today, for a mostly sunny and dry day.
Light west winds will gradually become southwest thru the afternoon,
but remain on the light side at 5 to 8 mph. Minimum RH values this
afternoon are looking to be 35-40%. The high continues to slide off
tonight, with increasing moisture spreading back into the area. By
late tonight and especially Wed morning, a band of showers and storms
is going to approach and spread across the burn area. 1/2 to 1 inch
of rain is likely on Wednesday, along with mostly cloudy to cloudy
skies, breezy south winds and minimum humidities of 70-80% Wednesday
afternoon.
