PRESSURE WITH LIGHT VARIABLE WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING AND RECOVERIES
AT AROUND 85 PERCENT. WITH DAYTIME MIXING...EXPECT SOUTHERLY WIND
THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS BELOW 15 MPH. DUE TO AN INCREASE OF LOW
LEVEL MOISTURE IN THE LAST 12 HOURS...THE MINIMUM RH WILL BE MUCH
IMPROVE TODAY COMPARED TO YESTERDAY WITH RH VALUES ABOVE 30 PERCENT.
BY THE LATE AFTERNOON...EXPECT WINDS TO SHIFT TOWARDS THE SOUTHEAST
DIMINISHING TO LESS THAN 10 MPH. THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR AREAS OF
